Original Enneagrammer Terms and Concepts
If you are new to Enneagrammer, you’re probably discovering some new terms and concepts that you didn’t find in other enneagram circles. Here is a list of some of the original terms and concepts created by Enneagrammer:
Two adjacent types as an “area,” for example the “2-3 area” describes what 2w3 and 3w2 would have in common
Two fixes as an individual unit within a trifix, for example the 369 trifix has 3-6, 6-9, and 3-9 as stems which each have individual characteristics. It’s like viewing the trifix as a Venn diagram
Each level of complexity within a complete typing (ex. a layer with trifix, a layer with trifix wings, etc.)
The wings of your fixes as a separate unit combined into an overlay on your trifix
Taking the wing of your core and the other two fixes to describe a similar trifix energy, for example 3w2 369 is 269-adjacent
Synflow and Contraflow, the two directions instincts can be ordered in a stacking
We have many names for all the trifixes, but Bermuda describes not only a trifix but the non-hexad types. The metaphor is apt as it describes not only the triangle shape, but the “lost” quality of attachment types
A collage of images designed to determine an instinct stacking
The conscious counteracting of unconscious attachment.
